We started Annuity Resolution because annuity owners had no one independent to ask.
Why we exist
Annuities are long, complicated contracts, usually sold by someone paid a commission on the sale. When owners have questions later, the people they can ask are usually the ones who sold the contract or someone hoping to sell a new one.
We are a law firm. We read the contract, explain it in plain language and lay out every option, including keeping it. If the sale was improper, we can act on it as your attorney.
How we are paid
The consultation is free. If you choose further help, you see the fee in writing before any work starts.
What we never do: sell annuities, insurance or investments, or take commissions from anyone who does.
